GENERAL RULES

Monarch Little League abides to the Official Little League Rulebook except for a few modifications as outlined below.

BASEBALL SPECIFICS

If umpiring a Colorado District 2 Baseball Interlock game (one team belongs to MLL, and the other team belongs to a different league), then the following district bylaw rules apply: Majors/Intermediates/Juniors Division Rules

If umpiring a Monarch Little League Baseball sanctioned game (both teams belong to MLL), then the local bylaw rules apply: Minors AAA Division Rules

SOFTBALL SPECIFICS

If umpiring an IPGSA or Little League Colorado District 2 Softball Interlock game (one team belongs to MLL, and the other team belongs to a different league), then the following bylaw rules apply:
